LFIS is located in a landmark building of historical significance. When built in 1898, for a short time, 11 Broadway was the tallest building in New York, with its state-of-the-art steam powered elevators shuttling passengers up to its 21 floors.

Now completely refurbished (with modern elevator systems), 11 Broadway sits directly across the street from Arturo Di Modica’s famous statue of the Charging Bull and Bowling Green Park in the heart of the New York’s Financial District. It is steps away from the New York Stock Exchange and the SDNY Bankruptcy Court, and is only a five-minute commute to both the Manhattan and Brooklyn courts.

In the last five years, the Financial District has experienced a true renaissance. By public transportation take 4 or 5 train to Bowling Green;
R or W to Whitehall Street or the 1 to Rector Street.

Public Parking
Public parking garages are available throughout the downtown area. We highly recommend the Battery Parking Garage, located at 20 Morris Street, between Greenwich Street and West Street. It is the most affordable and convenient parking garage, and is self-parking. Entrances are available on Morris, Greenwich and Washington Streets.
